It all seemed very simple, and it really has been. The reporting function has been invaluable for us - we have used the information on the reports to inform other marketing activities. 

 

The Challenge

From comprehensive interior design and build services, to sign/display production and event management, we manage an idea, from concept to completion. Due to our wide area of expertise, customers were not always aware of the different services we offer, with MailAway needed to cross sell and promote the different aspects of the business to enlighten our audience. Grace, who would be responsible for the e-marketing campaign wanted something simple and manageable to reflect her limited technical experience.

 

The MailAway solution

MailAway produced one generic template, that was internally segmented into three specific areas all highlighted by use of colour. Signs/Displays highlighted in green, Interiors in purple and Exhibitions/Events in blue. This indicated simply and clearly what aspect of the business customers were viewing. Generating three individual postcards, MailAway enabled 20/20 customers to be sent ‘colour-coded’ campaigns directly correlating to their interests based on which newsletter they opted to receive. Grace was given training at a strategy workshop and continued consultancy if we encountered any problems.  

Results

We chose MailAway because we knew we could pick up the phone and get the help we needed when putting together the first campaign. It all seemed very simple, and it really has been.
