Working with MailAway to offer membership messaging with a difference
The challenge
We have an existing and popular Cornwall Marine Network (CMN) member messaging system, but were looking to increase the scope of our electronic communications in order to reach a wider audience. We wanted to use an email marketing system that would enable us to develop a more sophisticated database of contacts, and provide us with useful analytical feedback on what information our members and stakeholders are interested in receiving.

Anna worked with us to create a great looking, flexible email template which was in line with our brand. We were keen that the emails added to our methods of communication and gave us additional ways of sharing information with our members and that’s exactly what we’ve achieved. Anna was great in giving us advice and guidance on content and how to analyse the results in order to keep improving our emails.
The results
Our use of MailAway, in addition to our member messaging system, has proved extremely successful in releasing CMN's quarterly newsletter. We’re also using MailAway to send out specific campaign information in a very reactive way and the ability to analyse the response in terms of openings and clicks has been invaluable. The emails are also a great way of generating more traffic to our website www.cornwallmarine.net.
