The challenge
I had a general understanding about email marketing and wanted to be able to offer it to our clients. We needed a service and platform that gave flexibility and ease to manage our client accounts, with the aim of eventually handing over to them to manage. We also have great in-house design capabilities that we also wanted to capitalise on, whilst knowing email coding was done by experts.

Our first newsletter for a client had a 50% open rate and generated business straight away so they saw immediate return on their investment. The system is utterly idiot-proof and its easy to hand over the account so clients can continue with their email marketing efforts themselves.
