We have been delighted with the email, both the process of sending it and the results it has provided. The MailAway team were very patient and helpful, guiding me step by step at every stage.
The Mullion Cove Hotel is a gorgeous three star hotel on the Lizard, Cornwall.

The Challenge
We were investing heavily in a new design and build of our website and our designers recommended using MailAway for email marketing, as a way of promoting the new site and all the activites we have available. We were keen to keep in touch with our loyal customer base and to also fill rooms if we had availability, so email seemed like an easy way to do this.

After talking to Anna it became apparent there was much more we could do with email! MailAway created a number of templates that fit perfectly with the new website and gave us some cracking ideas on email content, when I was a bit confused on how to position my offer.
The online tutorials are very clear and helpful, but my complete lack of experience meant that I still had to phone for assistance, which was always there.
The result
I love statistics so it was great to be able to view the results as they changed from day to day. We have been delighted with the email, both the process of sending it and the results it has provided.
We had a great response (nearly 47% open rate, which Anna tells me is great) and many more bookings than we expected – so overall a great success.
