The challenge
I had the idea that, as independent advisers, we should share our expertise and news with our client base. With the cost of print in mind I looked into email marketing as an alternative for sharing information and it seemed to be the ideal solution. Being new to the whole e-marketing area I was unsure of exactly how it all worked.

MailAway helped me no end. I had a huge amount of help through emails and phones calls, which helped me to create our first campaign and build a list of subscribers; I was also helped to take that further to coincide with our website developments.
The results
MailAway was exactly what our company needed to move forward and develop our marketing plan. The introduction of data collection, and the ability to measure the impact of our emails through interaction rates means we're much more forward thinking in our approach. We can even do follow up calls to people who've downloaded information from the website if we want.
The results have been wholly positive and since setting up I've continued to send regular updates to our contacts, without Anna's help!
